What people are saying about their care:
-
Monica D.
“Ariana is extremely knowledgeable in the field of women's pelvic health and physical therapy. Often an overlooked topic by many PT's. She provides a welcoming space for her patients, provides plenty of resources and education and explains what she is doing in layman's terms. I highly recommend her services.”
-
Naomi L.
“Received amazing treatment from Ariana! I'm a student and developed lower back pain as a result of sitting long hours. The RELIEF I felt after a session with Ariana was incredible. She's dedicated and will provide highly customized treatment".”
-
Dani M.
“After being treated like a 90-year-old and not the mid 30-year-old strong woman I am, I took matters into my own hands and worked with a different physical therapist who took what I was already doing and applied what will actually work to treat my low back pain. No cookie cutter exercise selection from this physical therapist, Ariana treated everything and more.”
-
Melissa S.
“I hope this post helps to push someone over the edge to making their first appointment! Ariana helped me to find answers to my issues that I have been searching long and hard for. She understood and delivered kindly. I highly recommend Ariana for anyone looking for physical therapy assistance.”
What is integrative physical therapy?
At Arlo Physical Therapy & Wellness, we are committed to providing inclusive and comprehensive orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy to the diverse Twin Cities community.
Integrative physical therapy takes a whole-person approach, focusing on the root causes of dysfunction rather than placing a “band-aid” on symptoms. This model of care supports the body’s natural healing abilities, helps regulate the nervous system, and honors the deep connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Our goal is to foster lasting well-being across every stage of life.
My Services
Arlo Physical Therapy & Wellness is completely out-of-network with insurance. This means no biased treatment based on insurance reimbursement, no high deductibles or copays, and direct access to a Doctor of Physical Therapy without a referral.
-
60-minute sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in a private office. I work with people of all genders using a whole body approach to find the source of your dysfunction whether it's pelvic pain, urinary leakage, bowel dysfunction, orthopedic pain, pregnancy discomfort, postpartum recovery, gender affirming care or any other therapy concerns.
