My name is Ariana Lopez, PT, DPT (she/her). I have a deeply personal relationship with overuse injuries, chronic pain, hypermobility, and being misunderstood by our broken healthcare system as a neurodivergent woman of color. My fascination with the intelligence of the human body and the power of movement led me to pursue a degree in dance and public health in college and eventually my Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
My work blends science, intuition, and whole-body wisdom to help people feel safe in their bodies again. Arlo Physical Therapy & Wellness integrates traditional physical therapy with complementary techniques, such as dry needling, Craniosacral, and Reiki, to treat the individual as a whole rather than focusing solely on isolated symptoms.
I'm passionate about supporting people of all walks of life using integrative physical therapy. I have helped hundreds of Minnesotans navigate acute injuries and complex conditions, such as hEDS, pelvic floor dysfunction, and pregnancy/postpartum. Specifically, I enjoy working with high-achieving female professionals and fitness enthusiasts, neurodivergent people, LGBTQI+ identities, and the BIPOC community.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spoiling my two miniature schnauzers, strength training, pole dancing, and dreaming of my next trip to Puerto Rico.
